Title - Coating Operator Location - Worcester, MA 01605 Duration - 6 Months Shift - 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Responsibilities: he Coating Operator coats or laminates film prior to the converting process or directly for shipment to the customer. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required of the Coating Operator. Materials & Products • Works with silicone, non-silicone, and adhesive mixes to coat or laminate products according to customer specifications. Equipment • Uses a variety of coating machines and a hydraulic lift for loading and unloading materials prior to transport to staging area for shipment. • May be responsible for using basic hand tools such as a hammer, screwdriver or socket set to build or breakdown machinery parts.
