Coiler Winder at Balance Professional

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to operate winding equipment and assemble Current and Power Transformers.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow wiring diagrams and production sheets for accurate assembly.
• Record processing information on production sheets as required.
• Set up and operate winding machines based on winding specifications.
• Calibrate turn counters and test coils for accuracy.
• Solder terminals to magnet wire with precision.
• Insert cores/laminates into coils and complete final assembly.
• Inspect transformers for exposed wires and clean them after the resin process.
• Install hardware and apply pre-test labels as needed.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and 1–3 months of related experience/training.
• Ability to read and interpret winding specifications, diagrams, and safety documents in English.
• Comfortable using hand tools and winding machines to perform assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
