Collections/Customer Service Representative at ACE Industrial Supply Inc

We are looking for 1 person to join our team. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!! You will learn transferable skills in a multitude of fields including but not limited to: High level phone training, account management, credit card processing, and customer service. This position is responsible for creating solutions to collect past-due payments from customers, assisting with general billing questions, and providing excellence in customer service. The successful candidate exhibits a positive approach to all situations and remains professional in their interactions with customers. Strong attention to detail is a necessity.

Responsibilities:

• Collect on past due to accounts
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
• Follow up with customers that have payment issues
• Accurately and promptly document account activity
• Handle basic customer service issues
• Complete daily work based on established guidelines
