This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, professional environment. No experience? No problem — we’ll provide training for the right person with the right attitude!

As a Wash Bay Technician, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every vehicle leaving our facility is clean, polished, and customer-ready. You will:

• Wash, rinse, and dry vehicle exteriors and interiors to a spotless finish.

• Vacuum interiors, clean mats, wipe down surfaces, and remove debris.

• Apply waxes or protective coatings to enhance and protect vehicle finishes.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area and all equipment.

• Prepare vehicles for delivery, service, or showroom display.

• Safely move vehicles between departments as needed.

• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

• Basic communication skills for following directions and reporting issues.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in vehicle washing, detailing, or related work (training available).

• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
