We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Manager to lead critical initiatives within our operational data center facilities. This role will oversee retrofits, upgrades, expansions, and other key infrastructure improvements—all while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Drive safety oversight, ensuring contractor compliance and conducting job walks, audits, and regular reporting.
• Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders—coordinating across operations, design, engineering, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide construction oversight, supervising on-site activities, and resolving issues quickly.
• Ensure seamless operational integration, aligning with MOPs, SOPs, and minimizing downtime during work.
• Manage risk and safety, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee budget and cost control, reviewing invoices, change orders, and ensuring financial discipline.
• Apply technical expertise to guide installation and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and network infrastructure.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in data center construction management or mission-critical operations.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, IT systems).
• Advanced understanding of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Procore; CAD/CAD-3D experience preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, see the big picture, and resolve challenges under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by project demands.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
