Commercial HVAC Service Technician at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading mechanical contracting company in the Raleigh area that is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits. Responsibilities: Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections as needed Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job status and recommendations Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards Requirements: 4–5 years of HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial preferred) High School Diploma or GED required; EPA Certification a plus Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and working in various physical positions (standing, bending, kneeling, climbing) Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
