- Manage and service Property & Casualty commercial accounts with expertise and care
- Respond to client inquiries, process policy changes, and advise on coverage options
- Market and quote new business and renewals, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers
- Maintain accurate documentation for renewals, compliance, and service needs
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of commercial lines insurance experience (independent agency preferred)
- Active New York Property & Casualty license
- Professional designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CPCU are a plus
- Proficiency with EPIC, AMS360, or TAM
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and client service skills
