Commercial Litigation Attorney

A highly respected New York law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience, ideally involving real estate-related matters and construction law disputes.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and arguing motions

• Taking and defending depositions

• Managing discovery, including document production and e-discovery review

• Preparing witnesses for hearings, trials, and arbitrations

• Participating in trials or evidentiary hearings

• Negotiating settlements and client resolutions

Qualifications:

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• In-depth knowledge of New York civil procedure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation:
Salary range of $220,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
