What We're Looking For
The person who is ready for this opportunity will have the following:
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills.
- Experience assisting disadvantaged people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prepare and monitor budgets.
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
- College Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience in managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar).
- Ability to travel.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $63,000 - $73,000 annually.
Work Location
This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those in Kittery, ME, and throughout New Hampshire.
