Complaints Analyst/Postmarket Surveillance/clinical/CS/lab/LVN 42973 40.00 AN HOUR W2 contract + 5 PTO days Primary function candidate manages and maintains high level complaints, regulatory reports, (FDA) investigation procedures; collect data and enter data into system; Training will be 4-6 weeks. Experience: (entry level position) 1 year max of Customer Service, compliant reporting, Class 3; clinical background exp is a plus (Lab tech, LVN, Nurse, related to health care). Will consider candidates with Quality background Key Skills: Customer Service, Time Management, Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization; Microsoft office suite (Excel), SAP, typing, self-sufficient Education: B.S is required… Biomedical Engineering; Life Science or closely related discipline or relevant combination of education & experience (Nursing); Will consider Fresh Grads & Associate with 3yr of undergrad. PHD/ Master may be overqualified.
