• Dive into sophisticated commercial litigation matters from day one

• Conduct in-depth legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw

• Draft clear, compelling pleadings, motions, and other key legal documents

• Work closely with senior attorneys to prepare for hearings, depositions, and trial

• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel with professionalism and confidence

• Contribute to settlement strategies and negotiations

• Own your cases: manage files, track deadlines, and ensure legal compliance

• Current Litigation Associate (minimum 2yrs experience)

• Stellar academic credentials from a top law school

• Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
