Qualified candidates must have prior experience in a compliance role within a healthcare system and meet all required qualifications.
About the Role
You will be responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing a comprehensive compliance program in alignment with federal and state regulations, including guidance from the HHS Office of Inspector General and Department of Justice. This role serves as a key resource for compliance and ethics, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing compliance processes, tools, and training programs
- Conducting audits, monitoring activities, and internal investigations
- Advising leadership on compliance risks and remediation strategies
- Managing required reporting and interactions with local, state, and federal agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare compliance
- CHC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
