Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Pay: $18.50 – $20.00/hour (based on shift and experience)
• Start Date: Immediate

We’re seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer known for quality craftsmanship and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

As an Assembler, you’ll play an essential role in producing quality components, including truss, roof, floor, and panel systems. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and preparing materials and supplies for assembly
• Stocking plates for component setup
• Assembling parts and loading/banding finished products
• Using hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 1 year of construction or framing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and use a hammer confidently
• Must provide your own tools
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
