What Youll Do

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and development of design projects
  
  
• Meet clients to discuss ideas, materials, and scope of work
  
  
• Design and create renderings for remodels and insurance restoration projects
  
  
• Coordinate with vendors (cabinets, countertops, fixtures) and manage product selections
  
  
• Visit job sites to measure, verify details, and ensure designs match project needs
  
  
• Review estimates, renderings, and deliveries for accuracy and completeness
  
  

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or design
  
  
• Proficiency with Chief Architect (or similar 3D design software)
  
  
• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and materials selection
  
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  
  
• Xactimate knowledge or certification is a plus
  
  
• Clean background and valid drivers license

Please Note: This is not a remote position. The role requires you to be in-office at the start and end of each day, with site visits throughout.
