Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates for commercial construction projects Conduct take-offs and assist with pre-construction planning Manage construction projects from start to finish Create and maintain construction drawings and project documentation Develop project scopes and manage change orders Required Skills: Experience in commercial construction Proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam software Knowledge of construction management processes Ability to develop project schedules and manage project controls Strong understanding of construction drawings and structural design Nice to Have Skills: Experience with civil construction projects Familiarity with punch out lists and project closeout procedures Knowledge of submittals and request for information processes Experience with bidding and project scheduling Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $75,000.00 Maximum Salary: $85,000.00 Benefits: Sick Leave Company Information: Builder's Innovation Group is a premier construction company based in Murrieta, CA, specializing in high-end kitchen remodels, ADU, and custom home builds.
