Direct Counsel is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join a leading firm’s growing construction law practice in Seattle. This role provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of construction-related disputes, offering exposure to both legal and business issues across diverse projects.
Key Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in Washington (or ability to waive in)
Minimum of 2 years of construction law experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and persuasive writing skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Anticipated salary range: $160,000 – $240,000, plus annual merit-based bonus
