Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage your own caseload in construction defect litigation

• Draft legal documents including motions, discovery requests, and pleadings with precision

• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support strategy and negotiation

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations

• Collaborate with clients and internal team to develop strategic case plans

• Work independently with a high level of accountability and attention to deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of construction defect litigation experience

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize workload

• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills

• Must be comfortable with billing and managing case activity proactively
