Construction Law Associate - Seattle (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 (DOE)
A dynamic and nationally respected law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its growing construction law practice in Seattle. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-impact litigation across a wide range of construction projects-from commercial developments to infrastructure-while gaining exposure to both legal and strategic business issues.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in complex construction disputes
- Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and transactional attorneys
- Engage directly with clients, contractors, and developers
- Contribute to a practice that values innovation, diversity, and professional growth
What We're Looking For
- Active license to practice law in Washington (or ability to waive in)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction law
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and persuasive writing skills
