Daily Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Review and approve project plans and specifications Communicate with clients to provide project updates Manage change orders Scheduling budget management negotiations contract management Required Skills: Minimum 10 years experience in construction management Strong knowledge of submittals and change orders Background in civil engineering or architectural design Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Proficiency in estimating, proposals, and specifications Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have Skills: Rough and Finish Carpentry Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with reimbursement and engineering Strategy development and quality control expertise Procurement, business development, negotiation, and implementation skills Experience with Buildertrend and Archicad Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $120,000.00 Maximum Salary: $150,000.00 Company Information: Builder's Innovation Group is a premier construction company based in Murrieta, CA, specializing in high-end kitchen remodels and ADU builds.
