Construction Manager at Samaha Holdings LLC

Samaha Holdings LLC (Pasadena, CA) seeks a Construction Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of construction projects from initial planning through completion. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and on-site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards and completion deadlines. Prepare and track budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and personnel to address design requirements, manage resource allocation, and resolve technical issues. Supervise and evaluate on-site personnel, monitor work progress, and communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Maintain strict adherence to relevant building codes, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
