You’ll manage a skilled team of field and office professionals, ensure exceptional workmanship, and uphold Trinity’s commitment to safety, quality, and integrity.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in building and coaching strong teams, and demonstrates uncompromising ethics in every project.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and oversee construction operations including attic reinforcements (rafter sistering, knee walls, collar ties, LVL beam installation), roof replacement/repair, trenching, drywall repair, and other residential construction activities.
  • Manage a diverse team of 6–10 office employees and 20+ field team members, including laborers, carpenters, roofers, and crew leads.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors to schedule, assign, and monitor project progress from start to finish.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Track budgets and project profitability, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact costs or schedules.
  • Maintain the installation calendar and oversee logistics, crew assignments, and material deliveries.
  • Visit job sites regularly to evaluate progress, verify quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies such as leaks, damages, or customer concerns, providing swift resolutions and professional communication.
  • Foster a culture of safety and accountability throughout the construction process.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of construction management experience, ideally in residential or solar-related fields.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors, balancing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and scheduling software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical school degree preferred.
  • Construction Supervisor License (CSL) not required but strongly encouraged.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely perform all essential functions of the role in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and local standards.
  • Regular, punctual attendance required.
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and access residential roofs as needed.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and communicate clearly via phone or in person.

Why Join Trinity Solar?

  • Be part of a mission-driven company that’s helping homeowners transition to clean, renewable energy.
  • Work within a supportive team culture where your leadership truly makes an impact.
  • Access career growth and development opportunities in one of the fastest-growing industries.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Join a company built on integrity, innovation, and excellence.
