Construction Plan Reviewer Fort Worth, TX 76107 | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $17/hour • Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM • Temp-to-Hire | W2 ROLE IMPACT This role helps make sure home and building plans follow energy codes and meet program standards. You’ll review plans and enter data to support builders and keep projects running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Review construction blueprints using energy software (training provided) • Look for issues in building plans and report them • Measure areas from floorplans and enter details into company systems • Create energy reports for builder clients • Help with organizing digital files and billing information MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED • 2+ years of residential construction or similar experience • Must get HERS Rater and IECC certifications within 90 days (company-paid) • Comfortable working with blueprints and numbers • Good communication and writing skills • Reliable attendance and typing ability CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS PREFERRED • REM Rate • Ekotrope • IC3 • AutoCAD PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS • Background check By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
