What You'll Do (Daily Tasks)
- Assist the project management team with administrative support, scheduling, and documentation
- Maintain and organize project files, reports, and records to keep everything accurate and up to date
- Serve as a communication hub between staff, subcontractors, contractors, and vendors
- Help track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Support procurement and supply tracking, including inventory oversight
- Visit job sites when needed to coordinate on-site logistics and document progress
- Promote and enforce compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Perform general office duties - filing, data entry, answering calls, and more
What You Bring (Requirements)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email
- Excellent written and verbal communication; a team player
- Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- (Optional but helpful) Previous experience in office administration or construction coordination
- (Optional) Familiarity with construction terminology or project-tracking software
Hours & Pay
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
