Construction Project Manager at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Greenville, SC area recruit for a Project Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity. Must have commercial drywall industry experience. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise commercial construction projects from start to finish Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to design specifications, contracts, and quality standards Collaborate closely with estimators, superintendents, and vendors to ensure material coordination and project accuracy Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to maintain profitability and efficiency Administer contracts, budgets, materials, and equipment procurement Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders Prioritize safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery on every project Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or a related trade Proven track record managing drywall, ceiling, or interior systems projects Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities Financially minded with the ability to manage costs and track budgets effectively Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset Proficiency with project management and construction software tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
