Project Manager

Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, specifically focusing on data centers. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Develop project plans, including defining scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project progress is on track.
  • Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to stay within budget and timeline.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with data centers and/or commercial projects. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Benefits

 

  • Salary based on experience: $140,000 - $165,000
