Title: Construction Scheduler - Ground-Up Commercial Construction
Location: Dallas, TX 75234
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + 10% Bonus + $750/month Vehicle Allowance + Fuel Card + Relocation $$
Founded in 1989 we are a 500+ employee general contracting & construction management company that does about $1 billion annually and growing. The bulk of our work in the commercial construction sector comes from public schools, airport work, wastewater treatment, medical office buildings, industrial warehouses and mixed use projects. For our office in Dallas we're looking to hire a Construction Scheduler to support our growing portfolio of $20M-$300M ground-up commercial projects across the DFW area. You will play a critical role in driving schedule accuracy & field alignment across verticials including K-12, aviation, medical office buildings, industrial warehouse and mid/high-rise mixed-use developments. This is a field integrated role w/ regular jobsite visits & direct collaboration with project teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, maintain & update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Collaborate w/ PMs, superintendents & field teams to ensure schedule alignment & recovery planning
- Integrate cost & resource data into schedules to support forecasting & decision-making
- Conduct schedule reviews, logic checks & critical path analysis for multi-phase commercial builds
- Perform regular site visits to validate progress, sequencing & field execution against baseline schedules
What You Need for this Position
- 4+ years of scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor or construction management firm
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, including writing & modifying schedules from scratch
- Strong understanding of ground-up commercial construction sequencing & logistics
- Experience w/ K-12, aviation, healthcare, industrial, or mixed-use verticals preferred
- Ability to interpret field conditions, collaborate w/ operations teams & drive schedule accountability
