We’re hiring an experienced Construction Site Supervisor! Join our growing team and play a critical role in managing on-site operations, subcontractors, safety, and project logistics. What You’ll Do: Assist Project Manager in planning, bids, and scheduling Supervise subcontractors, materials, and equipment Maintain safety, permits, and job site logistics Communicate field changes to engineers Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope What You Bring: 5+ years in commercial construction (supervisory role) Able to read blueprints (CAD knowledge a plus) Proficiency with MS Office; Procore preferred Strong time management & leadership skills Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle Must pass background & drug screening Willing to travel Physical Requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs, navigate construction sites, and work in outdoor environments.
