Job Overview:

At Integrated Wireless Technologies, you will play an integral role in the construction and deployment of wireless communication infrastructure. Working closely with our project team, you will be responsible for systems installations, wiring, and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment at various job sites. Your expertise in systems will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation and functionality of our client's wireless networks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan and execute systems installations as per project requirements.
2. Install and maintain systems on wireless communication towers, including grounding, bonding, and power systems.
3. Perform wiring, cable pulling, and termination of telecommunications equipment.
4. Conduct diagnostic tests on systems, identify faults, and provide solutions to resolve them efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations during system installations.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of equipment, installations, repairs, and testing results.
7. Collaborate with other construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Certifications are a Plus.
3. Proven experience working in electrical construction and installation, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
4. Proficiency in conducting diagnostic tests, troubleshooting malfunctions, and reading schematics.
5. Strong ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
8. Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights, various weather conditions, and lift up to 70 pounds.
9. A valid driver's license is preferred.
