Contemporary Worship Leader at Shiloh Bible Church

*Job Overview:**Shiloh Bible Church is seeking a part time Contemporary Worship Leader to bring our congregation into vibrant, authentic worship experiences with God. The candidate will help shape the sound, culture, and vision of our contemporary worship as we strive to reach new believers and create a welcoming space for all generations. The candidate will lead a weekly contemporary service, develop and mentor worship team members, and collaborate with pastoral leadership to cultivate experiences that draw hearts toward Jesus. With creativity, humility, and excellence, the candidate will help the congregation express God's story through music that is both culturally relevant and deeply rooted in biblical truth. **Qualifications:**1.* *Must provide a clear testimony of faith alone in Christ alone as Savior.**2.* *Must agree with the doctrinal position of Shiloh Bible Church.**3.* *Bachelor of Arts in Worship Degree preferred.**4.* *Must play guitar and/or piano.**5.* *Exemplary vocal and instrumental musicianship and proficiency required to play and sing in rehearsal and worship. **6.* *A servant's heart and spirit which fosters a desire to serve God's Church through music, arts, and outreach.**7.* *A desire to lead and to grow a dedicated team of audio/visual volunteers, musicians, and vocalists.**8.* *Familiarity with all facets of Multimedia Ministries, including sound reinforcement, production lighting, and video production a plus.**If you feel called to help lead a church into the next season of growth and impact through passionate, God-centered worship—Leading worship at Shiloh Bible Church may be your next step.*Job Type: Part-timePay: $20,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 20 per weekWork Location: In person
