A company is looking for a Contingent Staff Coordinator (Remote - must reside in Wisconsin or South Dakota).Key ResponsibilitiesAssist leaders with the recruitment and placement of contingent staff through the Health System's Contract Labor Management VendorCoordinate recruitment needs and contribute to HR Information Systems initiativesProvide exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and the general publicRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationThree years' related recruitment experience in a healthcare settingStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and database applicationsTwo years' post-high school education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or two years' professional HR experienceAssociates Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferredNo specific certifications or licenses required
