Job Description
Brownstone Wellness Collective is a culturally rooted mental health organization based in Houston, TX, dedicated to strengthening children and families through trauma-informed, community-based services. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team on a contract basis.
As a Contracted Clinician, you will support our team of Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) by:
- Conducting diagnostic assessments for new clients
- Reviewing and approving treatment plans
- Providing bi-weekly clinical supervision to QMHPs
- Ensuring all services meet Medicaid and state compliance standards
- Active Texas licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing and community mental health models
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Able to provide remote supervision and virtual assessments when needed
