Job Title: Contracts Administrative Coordinator
Location: La Jolla, San Diego, CA
Schedule: On-site, Full-Time
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Position Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts/Administrative Coordinator to join our client’s team in Torrey Pines, San Diego. This on-site role requires a strong background in administrative support, contract coordination, and document management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation

  • Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements

  • Maintain organized records and databases for contracts and administrative files

  • Coordinate communication between internal departments, clients, and vendors

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence

  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing as needed

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and correspondence


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred)

  • 1+ years of experience in contract administration or administrative coordination

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented professional


Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00am – 5:00pm PST


Position Details:

  • Location: La Jolla, San Diego

  • Contract to hire or Direct

  • Compensation: $31.00- $38.00 per hour DOE
