Job Description
Core Duties
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and consolidate results across all business units.
- Experience with AIA billing
- Manage daily cash flow activities, banking relationships, and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to review and analyze project performance, including monthly progress and cost-to-complete reports.
- Oversee intercompany accounting processes and maintain accurate records among all related entities.
- Supervise client billing and collections
- Coordinate annual audit activities and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Track and maintain debt and loan compliance schedules, ensuring all covenants are met.
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting for all jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Work cross-functionally with department heads to ensure financial practices align with company policies and objectives.
- Analyze key performance data and provide strategic insights to leadership to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of five years in accounting or financial management
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and managing accounting staff.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
