Conversion Specialist at Confidential - Finance

Role Objectives

A Conversion Specialist familiar with most aspects of the Conversion area to assist Plan Management Teams and Clients with daily client inquiries and resolving issues.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Process Plan Sponsor Authorization
• Complete password resets for Sponsor/Advisor
• Clear and create payroll slots as needed.
• Update employer addresses in relevant systems (Relius, Matrix, Client List, Plan Document).
• Update Relius with banking information for employers (ACH).
• Work on the initial setup internally for onboarding a
• Load Salary Reduction
• Transmit contribution rate changes for 180/360 payroll vendor relationship
• Monitor Expected to Actual reports and report discrepancies
• Review STP job postings (account balance updates and eligibility)
• Ensures all Agreements are executed by applicable vendors/advisors for investments and trading platforms

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Microsoft Office skills - data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to reconcile and balance cash transactions.
• Relevant work experience related to accounting or finance.
• Strong organizational skills; strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills; good team player.

Preferred Skills/ Abilities

• College degree or equivalent experience required; degree in accounting/finance preferred
• Previous payroll processing
• Two years of experience in processing financial transactions.

Physical Job Requirements

Most positions require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
