Pay: $16.00 - $17.50/hour (based on shift and experience)

Available Shifts

• A Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Week 1: Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat | Week 2: Sun/Wed/Thu
• B Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Week 2: Sun/Wed/Thu | Week 1: Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat
• C Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Sun/Mon/Tue + every other Wed
• D Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Wed/Thu/Fri + every other Tue
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Monday - Friday

As a Converting Machine Operator, you'll run and monitor converting machines to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include adjusting machines, changing rolls, verifying materials, recording production data, labeling cartons, and submitting in-process samples. You'll help meet production goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and working closely with the Converting Supervisor and team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and manipulate up to 65 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for long periods
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply)
• Able to read and interpret measurements to 1/16 inch using a standard ruler
• Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - inspect, pack, and keep the machine running efficiently
