Converting Operator-2nd Shift at Manpower

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in converting solutions, is seeking a Converting Operator-2nd Shift to join their team. As a Converting Operator-2nd Shift, you will be part of the Converting Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Converting Operator-2nd Shift

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: 2:45pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate converting machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals
• Conduct physical and visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards
• Record production data accurately and promptly in the computer system
• Perform quality audits and record defects to maintain high-quality output
• Assist with packaging, palletizing, and preparing goods for shipment

What's Needed?

• Ability and willingness to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 30 lbs unassisted
• Ability to bend, twist, and stoop as required
• Dependable transportation and willingness to work overtime when needed
