Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning and execution Preparing Burgers and Steak Ensuring food quality and consistency Engaging in scratch cooking techniques Managing kitchen operations Creating visually appealing plate presentations Practicing portion control Working in an a la carte setting Producing pastries and desserts Required Skills: Experience in Burgers and Meats Proficiency in Quick cook preparation Knowledge of food cost management Ability to sauté and bake goods Strong knife skills Nice to Have Skills: Degree in Culinary Arts Experience in batch cooking Familiarity with dietary restrictions Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $40,000.00 Maximum Salary: $50,000.00 Health insurance and paid time off Company Information: InTune Supper Club is a restaurant and music supper club located in Victor, New York.
