Core Team Sales Representative at Battery Outfitters Inc

Battery Outfitters is currently recruiting a Core Team Sales Representative to support our West Monroe, LA location. Core Team Sales Representatives are integral members of a Core Team that includes the Location Manager and Route Supervisor all working together to drive outcomes. You must be a self-starting sales hunter who thrives in the field, boots on the ground, constantly working in the territory for new business. .Your Role: Own and grow your territory (Northern and Middle Louisiana) by prospecting and landing new business accounts. Make daily in-person visits to customers, follow up on generated leads, build relationships with existing top producing accounts, deliver product knowledge, and create custom solutions. Present technical info with clarity and confidence Manage pricing, quotes, follow-ups, and customer records Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events What You Bring: Proven track record in outside sales, ideally in B2B or technical products Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Skilled at building rapport and handling objections Microsoft Office savvy (Word, Excel, Outlook) Bachelors in Sales/Marketing or solid sales experience Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the territory Perks & Pay: Base salary + uncapped commission potential Company car + gas card Full benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) + match, HSA, PTO Employee discounts + travel reimbursement
