Corporate Associate Attorneys (3+ Years Experience)
Locations: Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas
Compensation: $240,000 – $315,000 + Full Benefits

We are partnering with a premier law firm seeking Corporate Associates with 3+ years of experience to join their growing teams across several strategic markets, including Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team handling complex, high-value transactions across multiple corporate disciplines including M&A, fund formation, finance, and securities law.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, including one or more of the following:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Fund Formation

  • Finance and Lending

  • Securities and Capital Markets

• Strong academic credentials from a respected law school

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Licensed and in good standing in at least one of the listed jurisdictions

• A proactive, business-oriented mindset with a strong client service ethic
