We are a premier corporate and technology law boutique with offices in Silicon Valley and New York. We provide sophisticated, responsive, and efficient counsel to achieve our clients' goals, with a focus on corporate & securities, mergers & acquisitions, and IP law. 

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. This individual should possess substantial experience working with emerging technologies, venture capital, and startups. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal counsel in corporate, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Advise clients on legal issues related to emerging technologies, venture capital, and startups.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and transactions.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Stay current with developments in relevant legal fields and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys within the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience in corporate, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies, venture capital, and startups.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working in a boutique law firm or a high-growth company.
  • Strong network within the venture capital and startup communities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
