Title: Senior Controls Engineer
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
Location: Wooster, OH

As a Senior Controls Engineer, you'll drive automation and controls improvements across manufacturing operations.
Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of control systems for automated manufacturing processes.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new equipment installations and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all controls work.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Must-Have Skill Set
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, instrumentation, and process control.
- Experience with SCADA systems and networked control architectures.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, panel design, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
