Correspondence Specialist II at Spectraforce Technologies

Position Title: Correspondence Specialist II
Work Location: FL Remote
Assignment Duration: 3 mo. Increments as needed
Work Schedule: Tues -Sat or Sun-Thurs 9-6pm or 10-7pm EST

Position Summary: Recently lost 3 Contingent workers needing to backfill for Business needs. We will be working with Fl ABA work, fulfilling Peer 2 Peers and documenting and sending out relevant correspondence.

Typical workday depending on assignment, would be entry/scheduling of Peer 2 Peer, retrieving and resolving based on clinical decision, updating mbr record and sending correspondence. Team collaboration and communication is critical to the role.
