Correspondence Supervisor at Triad Financial Services Inc

Position Overview 

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Correspondence Supervisor to join our growing team.  

Essential Functions: 

• Actively lead and mentor Correspondence Specialists 
• Supervise and train team for growth and development. Ensuring associates are qualified and trained in assigned position.
• Create productivity standards and manage team to set metrics
• Report to upper management complaint trending with root cause 
• Work with other lines of business to manage complaint handling
• Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Identify opportunities to update or improve procedures and makes recommendations.
• Logging, scanning, and tracking requests in our system of record, MSP/Black Knight

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• 3+ years in a management role preferred
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
• Must be able to type at a rate at least 50 WPM
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook+
• Prior mortgage experience required
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demand: 

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
