Job Description
- Bachelors degree in human service or behavioral science with two (2) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment.
- Will take valid State of Ohio CDCA.
- Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LCDC II/III preferred.

- Hourly range for LSW/LPC/LCDC II or III = $25/hour - $27/hour
- Hourly range for LISW/LPCC/LICDC = $30/hour - $34/hour
