Craft Spirit Sales Representative
We’re not looking for a Sales Rep who just takes orders — we need a true go-getter with hustle and drive. Someone who’s ready to walk into every bar, restaurant, hotel, banquet hall, retailer and event space across, Massachusetts and make things happen. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a fast-growing craft spirits brand that’s been making waves for the past six years

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- 3+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (spirits strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel 3–5 days per week, including some weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
- Integrity, dedication, and passion for growing a brand
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Experience with door-to-door, face-to-face, and on-premise sales outreach
- Prior success using social media or marketing activations to grow sales
- Experience educating retail and hospitality teams on product knowledge
- Comfort leading small group presentations or tastings
