JOB OVERVIEW

This position leads the creative development and the launch of a bold new lifestyle brand rooted in hospitality, design, and experience. The brand will span a diverse portfolio including hotels, restaurants, and merchandise, requiring an innovative, cross-platform approach to storytelling, aesthetics, and guest engagement. This role is ideal for a creative leader who is fluent in both strategy and execution, and who thrives in the entrepreneurial space between design, marketing, and brand identity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead creative vision for the brand across all verticals: hospitality (hotels, restaurants, and merchandise)
  • Develop and evolve brand identity, tone, and visual language from concept through execution.
  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects.
  • Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of internal project requirements.
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
  • Writing unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
  • Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
  • Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and brand guidelines across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience.
  • Direct photoshoots, video, and content development aligned with brand voice and visual identity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of experience and education
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in leading creative in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing promotional events and experiences.
  • Knowledge of the hotel and events industry, current trends, and economic factors.
  • Understands the hotel structure and how each department interacts.
  • Ability to act independently and accomplish goals on a timely basis.
  • Possesses the necessary leadership qualities to motivate a team to support the goals.
  • Must be creative and can develop content that is engaging for all written promotions and guest communication.
  • Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Photoshop, Canva.
  • Proficient in all Adobe Suite products

Schedule

The work schedule is based on the demands of the business you must be available days, nights, weekends, and/or holiday availability are required.

Physical, Mental and Environmental & Technical Demands

Fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, and twist in the work area. Must be able to maneuver around property. Must be able to sit, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and copier. Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.

Grooming

All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/ or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as part of the orientation process.
