We're looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision for our brand in North America. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity, storytelling, and overall creative direction of the brand in North America, bringing our brand to life across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
The Creative Director will partner closely with HQ to translate global brand direction into a North America expression that feels relevant, bold, and differentiated. The ideal candidate combines a big-picture vision with the ability to lead teams and partners in delivering world-class creative that inspires consumers and strengthens the brand's market position.
- Evolve and elevate the brand's creative expression in North America, ensuring it connects deeply with local consumers while staying aligned to global brand standards.
- Translate HQ brand strategies into compelling creative frameworks tailored to the North American market.
- Act as the voice of the North America consumer in brand discussions with HQ, advocating for creative approaches that resonate locally.
- Lead and inspire internal creative talent, freelancers, and agency partners to deliver breakthrough campaigns and storytelling.
- Develop brand-defining creative for product launches, retail experiences, digital content, and cultural activations.
- Serve as brand guardian, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative across all channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Social, PR, Retail Marketing, and Product teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Stay ahead of cultural and design trends to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and aspirational.
- Stay on top of competitor activity to identify opportunities and ensure the brand maintains a competitive edge.
- Present creative concepts and brand evolution strategies to senior leadership, advocating for bold ideas that move the brand forward.
- 6+ years of creative experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand evolution, campaign development, and storytelling across multiple platforms.
- Experience shaping consumer brands for North American audiences, ideally in tech, lifestyle, or related industries.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders and rally teams.
- Balance of strategic vision and hands-on creative judgment.
