The Opportunity

We are looking for a Creative Strategist with a strong background in digital performance marketing, storytelling, and visual communication. This position is not just about making ads look great; it’s about understanding how seniors engage with healthcare information and translating that empathy into compelling content that builds trust and drives measurable growth. The Creative Strategist will conceptualize and test campaign ideas, develop cross-platform creative assets, and collaborate closely with our marketing technology and analytics team to continuously improve results.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine creative concepts for paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, and/or other digital platforms;
  • Lead the visual and written direction of campaigns that communicate care, trust, and value to our audiences;
  • Create the annual content calendar by identifying insights from campaign performance data and applying them to new creative testing cycles;
  • Manage creative production timelines and ensure every asset reflects SHA’s tone and compliance standards;
  • Introduce new ideas, trends, and testing methods to elevate message quality and audience engagement;
  • Contribute to a team culture of feedback, learning, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative strategy, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or high-compliance industries;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field;
  • Proven success in producing creative content has increased conversions and brand trust;
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Canva, Figma, and analytics dashboards like Looker Studio or GA4;
  • Strong SEO understanding: on-page optimization, keyword mapping, content strategy, and link-building coordination experience to know how search intent, ad rank, and landing page quality impact conversions (Google Ads Search or HubSpot SEO certifications preferred);
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello) to coordinate content planning, timelines, and cross-department collaboration for each enrollment period or semester;
  • High emotional intelligence, active listening, and team collaboration skills;
  • A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and passion for continuous improvement.
