About the Role:
We're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives / Pizza Makers. In this dual role, you'll be the face of our storegreeting customers with a smile, taking orders, and helping craft delicious pizzas with speed and precision. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Greet customers in-person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner.
Take accurate orders and handle customer concerns or questions with a positive attitude.
Provide product knowledge and promote current deals and offers.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front counter and lobby area.
Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Pizza Making:

Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to store and brand recipes.
Work efficiently to keep up with demand during busy hours.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized food prep area.
Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.

Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old.
No prior experience requiredtraining provided.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
