We are looking for a CRM Specialist/Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You will play a vital role in managing client interactions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be a team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to your CRM responsibilities, you will be trained to manage the front desk, where you will greet, welcome, and direct customers, answer and refer inquiries and phone calls, schedule services, arrange courier deliveries, maintain a tidy and inviting reception area, and assist with light housekeeping and general hospitality to ensure a positive client experience. This hybrid role is central to both client engagement and guest services, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer. Your contribution will help us grow while delivering the highest level of care and hospitality to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Making 20-30 outbound calls per hour
  • Monitoring the CRM conversation tab and engaging promptly with clients
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Creating smart lists, running targeting campaigns, and managing the sales pipeline to move prospects effectively through each stage
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Provide general information about the company or its services.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area.
